At Aguar, we stand by the quality and durability of our stainless steel water tanks. We are confident in our craftsmanship and rigorous quality standards, which is why we do not issue refunds.
Instead, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term product reliability.
Replacement & Warranty Policy
- 18-Month Replacement Warranty: If your Aguar water tank develops a manufacturing defect within 18 months of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
- 12-Year Service Warranty: We offer a 12-year service warranty to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
- A warranty card will be provided at the time of delivery, which must be presented to claim any warranty services.
Delivery, Shifting & Installation
- Aguar is responsible for the safe delivery of the water tank to the customer’s location.
- Tank shifting and installation services may be provided on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional terms.
Replacement Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a replacement under warranty, the following conditions must be met:
- The tank must be installed on a completely flat surface with proper support. If placed on a raised metal stand, it should be securely bolted.
- The air vent must always remain open to ensure proper airflow inside the tank.
- If two inlet lines are connected to the tank, a 1-inch hole must be drilled into the lid’s air vent.
- The tank must be cleaned once every three months for optimal performance.
- The use of acidic, salty, or borewell water for cleaning or storage is strictly prohibited.
- The tank must not be cleaned with steel wool, abrasive scrubbers, or harsh chemicals.
- Only pre-filtered, softened, or RO-filtered water should be used. The warranty will be void if water quality exceeds 100 PPM TDS or 25 PPM hardness.
- No cutting, welding, or grinding should be performed on or near the tank, as metal debris can cause damage.
