2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Prices listed on our website or provided by our sales team are final and non-negotiable.

  • Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and dispatched.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to deliver tanks within 2 days of purchase. In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Door-to-door delivery is provided, and customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

4. Warranty & Replacement

  • We offer an 18-month replacement warranty and a 12-year service warranty on our tanks.

  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original warranty card provided at the time of delivery.

  • Warranty will be void if the tank is used or maintained improperly.

5. Refund Policy

  • Aguar does not offer refunds once a purchase is made, as we stand by the quality and reliability of our products.

  • Any concerns regarding the product should be addressed through our replacement warranty.

6. Usage & Maintenance

  • Customers must follow the General Instructions provided for tank installation and maintenance.

  • The tank should be installed on a completely flat surface and properly secured if placed on a raised stand.

  • The use of acidic, salty, or borewell water for storage or cleaning will void the warranty.

7. Liability Limitations

  • Aguar is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

  • We are not liable for any third-party modifications made to the tank.
